CANCELLATION AND REFUND

Thank you for choosing Technetmark for your AI app development, cloud services, crm needs. We strive to provide high-quality services to our clients. This combined Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for requesting a refund or canceling services with technetmark.

Eligibility for Refund

Refund requests will be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Service Unavailability: If Technetmark is unable to provide the agreed-upon AI app development, cloud services, crm services due to technical issues or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Failure to Deliver Agreed Services: In the event that Technetmark fails to deliver the services as specified in the service agreement.

Refund Process

To initiate a refund request, the client must adhere to the following process:

  • Contact Technetmark Support: Notify Technetmark customer support via email at [info@technetmark.com] within 14 days of the issue arising.
  • Provide Necessary Information: Clearly explain the reasons for the refund request and provide any supporting documentation or evidence that substantiates the claim.
  • Allow for Resolution: Technetmark will review the request and work towards a resolution within a reasonable timeframe. This may include additional service provision, correction of issues, or a partial/full refund.

Refund Criteria

Refunds will be issued based on the following criteria:

  • Service Period: Refunds will only be considered for the unused portion of the service period.
  • Service Quality: Refunds may be granted if the delivered leads significantly deviate from the agreed-upon quality standards.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may request to cancel services under the following conditions:

  • Cancelation Period: Clients may cancel services within 7 days of signing the service agreement.
  • Cancellation Fee: Technetmark reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee if the cancellation occurs after the specified period. The fee will be communicated to the client before processing the cancellation.

Exclusions

The following scenarios are not eligible for a refund or cancellation:

  • Client's Change of Requirements: If the client changes lead specifications or requirements after the service has commenced.
  • Force Majeure: Refunds and cancellations will not be granted in cases of force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or political instability.

Payment Reversals

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the original transaction. Technetmark reserves the right to reverse the refund if any fraudulent activity or misuse of services is detected.

Modification of Policies

Technetmark retains the right to modify these policies at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes through email or by posting the updated policy on the Technetmark website.
